Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training. In this class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, exploring body parts and allowing space for your personal expression. Music supports your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, becoming a teacher alongside the trainee.
